Counselling & Psychotherapy

A space to explore your experience, at your pace, in a way that feels safe and held.

You may have received a diagnosis…
or be living with the possibility of one.

You might be carrying the weight of decisions

about genetic or predictive testing, pregnancy, or the future.

Or noticing a sense of anxiety, grief, or uncertainty.

You might be grieving a loss or anticipating one.

Therapy offers a space where all of this can be explored

and understood.

Working Together

All sessions are held online. This allows you to access support from your own space, without the need to travel, and with flexibility around your schedule.

Fees
  • Individual therapy: £75 per 50-minute session

  • Couples therapy: £115 per 60-minute session

Sessions take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels right for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute introductory call. This is a space to ask questions, and to see if this feels like the right fit for you.

I also draw on my background in genetic counselling, which allows me to hold both the clinical and emotional aspects of your experience. Together, we move at a pace that feels manageable, creating space for reflection, understanding, and change.

“To understand genetic experience, we must look into attachment, grief, identity, and the uncertainty that lives between generations.”
