Talks, Workshops, & Events

I speak from the intersection of attachment, genetics, and perinatal mental health — where science meets story, and learning becomes accessible. Whether through conferences, workshops, or panel discussions, I aim to create spaces that invite reflection, connection, and compassion. My talks often explore themes of identity, loss, motherhood, and the emotional impact of genetic and perinatal experiences, always through a relational and trauma-informed lens.

Each event is an opportunity to bridge understanding — between disciplines, between the personal and the professional, and between who we are and how we show up for others.

If you’d like to collaborate, host a workshop, or invite me to speak at your event, I’d love to hear from you.
