Initial Consultation

50 mins

This is to understand what your hopes are of counselling and to decide how we can best work together. We will go through what to expect, how I work, and the working agreement.

There is no obligation to continue.

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy

50 mins
One to one online counselling.
One to one telephone counselling.
All sessions in GMT.

Fees

Initial consultation: £30
Individual session: £65
A discounted rate for counselling students is available at £50 per session, if available.
The fee is due via bank transfer before the start of a session.

Clinical Supervision

As I complete my clinical supervision training, I’m offering reduced-fee sessions for a limited number of supervisees:
45-minute session: £40
90-minute session: £70
These rates will be available from September 2025 until June 2026, after which standard supervision fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes to session times/days must be made with 24 hours notice by email to saiynatherapy@outlook.com.Where cancellations or changes are made without 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend, the full session fee is still required. You cannot book/attend the next session until all outstanding payments are received.
