CPCAB Counselling Training
Alongside my clinical practice, I am a counselling tutor at Optima Health Services, where I teach on Counselling and Psychotherapy CPCAB Awarded Level 5 and Level 7 Diplomas in Attachment-Based Psychotherapy #Optima.
I regularly support trainee counsellors seeking personal therapy or clinical supervision alongside training, and I am especially attuned to how attachment learning can activate personal material, self-doubt, and emotional stretch. As a tutor, I hold a strong understanding of the academic, reflective, and professional demands of attachment-based training, and I enjoy supporting therapists to build confidence, integration, and a secure professional identity as they develop their clinical voice.
