I speak from the intersection of attachment, genetics, and perinatal mental health — where science meets story, and learning becomes accessible. Whether through events, conferences, workshops, or panel discussions, I aim to create spaces that invite reflection, connection, and compassion. My talks often explore themes of identity, loss, motherhood, and the emotional impact of genetic and perinatal experiences, always through a relational and trauma-informed lens.
Each event is an opportunity to bridge understanding — between disciplines, between the personal and the professional, and between who we are and how we show up for others.

This workshop will help you develop greater insight into working with couples by offering a clear attachment-informed understanding of conflict and relationship dynamics. It will also support you in identifying next steps in your professional development, offering a foundation for further training in couples therapy, clinical supervision, and advanced attachment-informed practice.

This workshop will encourage participants to engage more confidently with research as part of their clinical and professional development. It will support therapists to consider pursuing further training, including Level 7 qualifications, supervision training, or other advanced professional pathways. Participants may leave feeling more empowered to integrate curiosity, reflection, and research-informed thinking into their ongoing work as therapists.
