I bring over 13 years of experience across psychotherapy, genetics, teaching, and NHS clinical research. My supervision practice is attachment-informed, relational, reflective, and anti-oppressive, with an awareness of culture, identity, migration, power, and belonging shaping both therapy and supervision.

Supervision with me offers a reflective space to deepen your therapeutic presence, navigate complexity and ethics, build clinical confidence, and stay connected to yourself as a practitioner. I integrate models including the Seven-Eyed Model and Functional Model within an attachment-based framework, viewing supervision as a secure base for curiosity, honesty, and growth.

My wider clinical experience includes perinatal mental health, grief and loss, genetic diagnoses, attachment trauma, identity, culture, and complex family dynamics.

​I also support therapists undertaking attachment-based training, including CPCAB Level 5 and Level 7 Diplomas at Optima Health Services. I understand how attachment training can stir personal material, vulnerability, and professional self-doubt, and I aim to offer a space that feels containing, thoughtful, and growth-oriented.
