Let's Connect... in person!

The Saiyna Circle is an intentional space for counsellors, psychotherapists, and supervisors to slow down, connect, reflect, and learn together in person.

Like myself, many therapists work in private practice holding deep emotional work day after day, often in isolation. Over time, this work can feel lonely. The Saiyna Circle was created to gently bring therapists back into community, to have thoughtful conversation, shared reflection, and meaningful connection.

Hosted monthly in collaboration with Donna-Maria Dodson and Holborough Bakes, each gathering offers a warm and reflective CPD space grounded in attachment, relationships, identity, culture, and the emotional realities of therapeutic work through the lens of the S.A.I.Y.N.A.™ Framework.

It is a smaller, thoughtful circle with limited spaces, allowing room for deeper discussion, connection, and collaborative learning.

Expect reflective exercises, clinical conversations, the best coffee and cakes, and community.

A space to think together, grow together, and remember that therapists need spaces to be held, too.

* Usually every 1st Tuesday morning of the month; 10:00-12:00
