Online Individual Therapy
A space to understand what you are carrying
You may be living with anxiety, grief or uncertainty that is difficult to put into words.
Perhaps you have received a diagnosis, are considering genetic testing or are living with the possibility of a condition developing in the future.
You may be navigating pregnancy, reproductive decisions, loss, changing family relationships or a sense that life no longer feels as secure or predictable as it once did.
Individual therapy offers you a confidential space to explore your experience without pressure to have all the answers.

Fee: £75 per 50-minute session
A confidential space to explore anxiety, grief, identity, inherited risk, loss, reproductive decisions, family relationships or a life that no longer feels as it once did.
You may be looking for support with

anxiety, overwhelm or persistent worry;
-
genetic diagnosis or inherited risk;
-
predictive or genetic testing;
-
reproductive decisions, IVF or PGT-M;
-
pregnancy following loss or difficult news;
-
miscarriage, TFMR or baby loss;
-
anticipatory grief and ambiguous loss;
-
Huntington’s disease or another progressive condition;

-
feeling responsible for holding everything together.
You do not need to identify with a diagnosis or fit neatly into one category to come to therapy.
Sometimes people simply know that something feels difficult and that they no longer want to carry it alone.
How I work
My approach is relational, attachment-based and integrative.
This means that we pay attention not only to what has happened, but also to how your experiences may have shaped your sense of safety, your relationships and the ways you have learned to cope.
We may explore:
-
patterns that repeat in relationships;
-
the emotions beneath anxiety or overwhelm;
-
grief for what has happened or may happen;
-
family roles and responsibilities;
-
cultural and intergenerational experiences;
-
parts of yourself that have felt silenced or overlooked;
-
what safety, connection and change could begin to look like.
I will not rush you or expect you to disclose more than feels manageable.We work collaboratively, at a pace that feels safe enough for you.
