The Saiyna Circle
The Saiyna Circle is a monthly reflective CPD gathering created to bring therapists, counsellors, and supervisors back into the community. In a profession that can often feel isolating, this is an intentional space to slow down, connect, reflect, and learn together in person.
This Month’s Theme is Ambiguous Loss and Anticipatory Grief: Holding Uncertainty
This month, we will explore ambiguous loss and anticipatory grief and how they may present in the therapy room. Together, we will reflect on themes such as grief without clear endings, relational uncertainty, identity shifts, illness, family dynamics, and emotional complexity within therapeutic work.
Suitable for qualified counsellors, trainee therapists, psychotherapists, and supervisors.
